Saint Yared General Hospital is a preferred site for third year medical residents from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA, to do their international health electives. Arrangements have been made with the Black Lion Hospital as well as other healthcare facilities so that the rotating medical residents can have exposure to a wide spectrum of patient population.

We have also signed an agreement with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona to collaborate in medical education, patient education, telemedicine, sports medicine and medical research. We have various clinical work and research opportunities available for interested physicians, nurses, medical students, public health students and others.
